Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains how we process the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is Carlo Spolaore (Transudtirol). For any request regarding your data, you can write to privacy@transudtirol.com.
What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the text of your message. Our server also records minimal technical data needed to operate and secure the website (such as the IP address in its logs).
Why we process your data and legal basis
We use this data only to reply to your request and provide the information or quote you ask for. The legal basis is your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request. We do not use your data for profiling or marketing.
Where the data is stored
Form data is stored on Supabase, on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). We are notified of a new request by email through Resend (servers in the European Union). The website is hosted on Vercel, a company based in the United States: some technical data may therefore also be processed outside the European Union, on the basis of the standard contractual clauses provided for by law.
How long we keep it
We keep the data of your request for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted, unless a contractual relationship arises in the meantime that requires longer retention.
Who the data may be shared with
Your data is neither sold nor disclosed. It may be processed on our behalf by the providers that help us run the website and handle requests (Supabase, Resend, Vercel), which act as data processors and only on our instructions.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served directly from our website, with no requests to external services.
Your rights
You can at any time ask to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy, the Italian data protection authority Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
How to exercise your rights
To exercise your rights or for any question about this policy, write to privacy@transudtirol.com. We will reply as soon as possible.
Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to applicable law. The date at the top shows the last update.
